Other than an onsite fashion shoot, much of the work in putting together this edition was done remotely amid the rules and regulations related to the pandemic. The theme of the issue is deliberately being kept secret, so anyone interested in the reveal will have to attend the virtual launch on December 3 at 6 pm.
When asked what readers could expect from the Fall 2020 issue, Editor in Chief Erica Fouts said, 鈥淲e knew we had to do something big鈥攃onceptually speaking鈥攖his semester, in response to the insanity of 2020. Plus, this is the last season for a bunch editors and directors, so we wanted to go out with a bang and show the next era of Lexington Line leaders that there鈥檚 no cap on creativity.鈥
She continued, 鈥淲ith this edition, we aim to capture the essence of 2020, from what came out of isolation, to American divisiveness. I鈥檓 so proud of our team for adapting to a remote format, while we were coping with the stress that came with this year. And I can鈥檛 wait to see how the next generation is going to make The Lexington Line their own.鈥
