The UAE plans to train and recruit 10,000 Emirates in the healthcare sector over the next five years. The move comes in the wake of a shortage of staff in the health sector during the outbreak of the Covid virus. The new decision is part of Project 50 of the project. This was announced by Ghanam Al Masroui, General Secretary of the Emirates Talent Competitiveness Council.

The decision was made to implement a number of initiatives for Emirates to join the health sector. The 12-member council, chaired by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, aims to create 75,000 jobs for emirates in the private sector.

The government has also introduced merit program incentives in specialized areas, including nurses, accountants, financial auditors, lawyers, financial analysts, and coders. In addition to their salary, they will receive Dh5,000 per month. The action is for the next five years.
