Mahindra & Mahindra has increased the price of many of its cars from Rs 12,000 to Rs 30,000. The recently launched Bolero Neo SUV has seen the biggest increase in price. Mahindra has increased the price of the Bolero Neo SUV to Rs 30,000. The SUV has introduced a multi-terrain top-spec trim Bolero Neo N10 (O) with a starting price of Rs 8.48 lakh.

However, in the latest price hike, the Mahindra Bolero Neo N10 (O) is priced at Rs 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom) while the N4 variant is priced at Rs 8.77 lakh (ex-showroom).

Along with the Bolero Neo SUV, Mahindra also increased the price of the Scorpio SUV, with the company raising the price of the Marathon MPV from 12,000 to 14,000, while the Scorpio S11 variant increased by 22,000.

The uniqueness of Neo

Mahindra launched the redesigned 2021 Bolero Neo of the RUV300 in July this year. The SUV is 3995 mm long, 1795 mm wide, and 1817 mm high, similar to the TUV300.

The Bolero Neo has a 2,680mm wheelbase and a minimum of 160mm ground clearance.

Standing on a set of 15-inch wheels, the Bolero promises to keep the SUV's DNA, which is known for its tough behavior on rough and rough roads.

Top-spec trim, the Bolero Neo N10 (O) gets the same 1.5-liter mHawk diesel engine that powers other variants. It can generate 100 bhp of power and 260 Nm of maximum torque. The engine is mated to a 5-pace manual gearbox.

As Mahindra calls it, the Mahindra Bolero Neo SUV is the only one in the sub-four meter segment that comes with features like manual lock differential or multi-terrain technology.

Maruti Suzuki competes with Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonnet, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnet and Renault Kager.

Inside, the Bolero Neo comes with key features such as a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, semi-digital instrument console, cruise control, and rear parking assist.

Safety features include dual airbags, ABS, corner braking control (CBC), and more.

It comes with independent front and multi-link rear suspension with coil springs and stabilizer bars.
